1. Who we are

digitalnival d.o.o. ("digitalnival", "we", "us") is a company registered in Zagreb, Croatia, at Ulica Ivana Lučića 2a, 10000 Zagreb, under OIB 84736291045. We act as the data controller for personal data processed through this website and in the course of our engagements. You can reach us at kontakt@digitalnival.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run our work:

• Contact details you submit through our form — name, organisation, email, phone and the content of your message.
• Engagement data shared with us under contract, handled according to the confidentiality terms of that engagement.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected through cookies only where you have agreed.

3. Why we process it and the legal basis

We process your data on the following bases under Article 6 of the GDPR:

• To answer your enquiry — our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• To deliver our services — performance of a contract with you or your organisation.
• Analytics cookies — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Legal obligations — where Croatian or EU law requires us to retain certain records.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months unless they lead to an engagement, in which case they are retained under the relevant contract and accounting rules. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. We delete or anonymise data once it is no longer needed.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as our email and analytics providers — under written agreements that limit them to acting on our instructions. Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email kontakt@digitalnival.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).

This site uses cookies as described in our cookie policy. Non-essential cookies load only after you agree through the consent banner.
